We use truck mounted carpet cleaning machines the best machines for carpet cleaning.
Our price includes a deodorizer and a enzyme cleaner pre-treatment and we also neutralize spots so they don't come back.
Depending on what type of material your upholstery fabric is weather its (W) water basted cleaning or (S) Dry clean only determines how we clean it.
Most common is (W) type fabric. Which we would pre-treat it with a enzyme cleaner and deodorizer and scrub the material with a upholstery brush and steam clean it.
For (S) type fabric we would use a dry cleaning chemical scrub and vacuum the upholstery and use a neutralizer on spots if needed.
One other type of fabric is (X) type fabric which can only be scrubbed and vacuumed no solvent can be used on this type of material.
Power washing / Soft washing we use a non toxic chemical to clean that's safe for pets and plants and we adjust the pressure accordingly depending on what surface we are cleaning.
Tile and grout / Vinyl floor cleaning we use a higher ph chemical to loosen up the dirt and we scrub the floor with a grout brush or a Scotch Brite blue pad and go over the floor with a tile and grout surface cleaner machine that hooks up to our truck mounted carpet cleaning machines.
